Event Coordinator

Stargazers Theatre and Event Center is a unique and versatile indoor facility that can provide an event coordinator to work with you on your special event, utilizing all aspects of the theatre.Stargazers Theatre can accommodate a wide range of public and private events such as fundraisers for non-profit organizations, seminars, trade shows, conventions, corporate cocktail and holiday parties, award ceremonies, political events and more. The circular dome shaped theatre also provides amazing seating and sound for public events such as concerts, films, are shows and stage events. We have the experience of booking many types of entertainment and can also make recommendations for entertainment that will suit your events. We have hosted and booked a wide variety of entertainment ranging from salsa dancing to rock and roll, from three piece jazz combos to R&B dance bands.

Our main room has open floor layout and the tiered sections can accommodate 550 for events that require theatre seating and up to 180 for traditional banquet style seating. Seating capacity is dependent on the configuration that you choose and our dedicated and knowledgable staff can design a layout that best suits your needs.

We offer full bar service, a menu of buffet style served meals, fancy appetizers and light meals, snacks and desserts.

 

Performing Arts Center

Stargazers Theatre and Event Center is a multi use indoor facility which can accommodate a wide range of public and private events. Our unique, circular dome building is an amazing venue for local, regional and national entertainment. With a seating capacity of up to 550 people concert style, our guests will have the “perfect seat” to relax and enjoy a wide range of theatre and stage performances, films and all types of concert events ranging from Rock, Country, Blues, Jazz, Classic Rock, Folk, Celtic Bluegrass, Comedy and much more! We offer full bar service and also light meals, snacks and dessert.

For our performers, Stargazers has a large, private green room that includes two private restrooms with private showers. We also have professional sound and lighting systems with the technicians on staff to operate them. Our beautiful hardwood stage is 42 feet wide and 22 feet deep. The stage is backed by a large movie screen (42 feet wide by 25 feet high) and is perfect for multi media presentations.

Exposition Center

Stargazers Theatre and Event Center is a multi use indoor facility which can accommodate a wide range of public and private events. Our unique, circular dome building is an amazing venue for your trade show, training seminar or expo. Our main floor has an open layout and the tiered sections provide a beautiful display area. Easy loading and unloading of display materials and equipment is accomplished through our rolling door (14 feet x 14 feet) and loading/unloading area. We have an in house professional sound and lighting system including handheld stationary or lavaliere microphones. We also have a large movie screen (45 feet wide by 25 feet high), which is perfect for power point presentations or display of your sponsor’s logos. We offer full bar service and also light meals, snacks and desserts and can provide buffet style meals for your vendors.

 

Wedding Receptions

Stargazers Theatre and Event Center provides a quality canvas on which to paint your own unique wedding picture. With our 50 foot high domed ceiling, tiered open spaced layout, romantic lighting options, professional sound and lighting we provide an exceptional venue for your wedding reception. Stargazers staff specializes in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience and we can customize our service to your specific event and budget. We can accomodate from 50 to 180 guests banquet style seating and provide full bar service. We can provide food options such as appetizers, buffet style lunched or dinners. Or you may hire and bring in a licensed caterer of your choosing. At Stargazers we work hard to bring you a warm welcoming gathering place for your special day.

The Long Run, "Colorado's Tribute to The Eagles," was born from five of some of the busiest musicians on Colorado's Front Range. Laden with four- and five-part harmonies, the band reproduces the Eagles' hits with an organic 70s sound, accurate lead guitarists, multi-instrumentalists, and a lead-singing drummer.
The Long Run has played many of Denver's major festivals, including at the Budweiser Event Center and Coors Field, as well as headlining casinos and fairs in Utah, Wyoming, and New Mexico.

Run along with ultrarunner Scott Jaime as he attempts to record the"Fastest Known Time" on a 486-mile ribbon of singletrack that slices through the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
